Click here for the USDA Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) Notice stating that no changes are being made regarding the U.S Standards for “Canola” under the United States Grain Standards Act, as amended, (USGSA). As background, on June 29, 2018, AMS published in the Federal Register a request for comment on “whether the current canola standards and grading practices needed to be amended.” After reviewing the eight (8) comments received, AMS determined no changes should be made at this time.
