Renewing Your NIOP Membership

The NIOP membership year is January through December. Membership always expires on December 31 every year. Existing members receive membership renewal notices in early December for the next calendar year’s membership. Annual membership dues are $1,350 for all members and must be paid prior to NIOP events, such as the annual convention and Introduction to the Oilseed Industry Training, in order to receive special member registration rates.

Please note that paying the non-member registration rate for the 2018 Annual Convention does not renew your NIOP membership for 2018. 

If your company did not receive an invoice for its annual membership renewal, please email leigh@niop.org to request one. In your email, please provide your company’s name, address, a primary point of contact and phone number.

  • Please list each additional member you need on your membership.
  • * Dues payments are nonrefundable. Checks should be endorsed and made payable to NIOP and drawn on a US bank. To make a payment by wire transfer, please contact NIOP headquarters - leigh@niop.org. For Federal Income Tax purposes, membership dues and contributions to this association are deductible as business expenses, not as charitable contributions. Sponsorship Endorsements: Organizations need two NIOP member companies to submit letters of sponsorship directly to NIOP Headquarters. Applications cannot be processed until both letters of endorsement have been received.
