NIOP CON 2026 brought the industry together in a powerful way. With 500 attendees representing companies across the entire supply chain, this year’s convention was filled with energy, insight, and meaningful connection.
Attendees engaged in seven impactful sessions designed to address the most pressing issues facing our industry today — from tariffs and policy to logistics, biofuels, and the evolving seed oils conversation. Our expert speakers delivered timely, relevant insights that attendees can take back and apply immediately.
The week kicked off with an inspiring message from Derreck Kayongo, setting the tone for a convention focused on leadership, purpose, and impact. Sessions from leaders like Michelle Miller and Claudia Larson tackled the media narrative and industry response surrounding seed oils, while our Logistics Panel explored key transportation trends and the growing role of AI. The convention concluded with the What’s the Future (WTF) Panel, bringing it all together and looking ahead at what’s next for our industry.
